Cancellation & Refund Policy

In cancellations made up to 30 days before your entry date to the villa/apartment/apartment, from the moment you pay the prepayment amount of the villa/apartment/apartment amount deposited to our account (by EFT, or by Wire Transfer, or by Credit Card "single shot or Mail Order)" , all of your prepayment fee will be forfeited, because all of this payment has been made as a prepayment to the owner of the villa/apartment/apartment. You have to pay the remaining amount to us in advance at the check-in  to the villa/apartment/apartment.

The customer can cancel their trip before the trip begins. It is obligatory to send the cancellation notice of the customer to "Paradise Property Construction Tourism and Trade LTD. In case of cancellation, "Paradise Property İnşaat Turizm Ve Ticaret LTD.ŞTİ." will take certain percentages over the total prices of the services specified in the travel agreement in order to cover the measures and expenses taken by "ParadiseVilla" regarding travel. These amounts were determined as follows. Cancellation conditions;

a) The deposit sent for the reservation is non-refundable.

b) If it is up to the 30th day before the start of the trip, 35% of the total travel cost of the customer,

c) If it is within the 29th and 16th days before the start of the trip, 50% of the total travel cost of the customer,

d) If it happens between the 15th day before the start of the trip and the day of the start of the trip, or if the customer does not come at all, the customer has to pay 100% of the travel cost.

In cases where  the customer pays all of the villa/apartment/apartment prices to "Paradise Property Construction Tourism Ve Ticaret LTD:

In case of cancellations up to 30 days from the moment of payment to the villa/apartment/apartment, 35% (thirty-five percent) of the paid price will be forfeited. The remaining 65% (sixty-five percent) will be returned to the account number you will provide. Shipping costs will also be deducted from this money. Because 35% (thirty-five percent) of this price has been paid to the owner of the villa/apartment/flat. If the reservation is cancelled within the 29th and 23rd days before the start of the trip, 50% of the total travel cost will be charged. If it happens within the 22nd and 16th days before the start of the trip, 75% of the total travel cost will be forfeited and the remaining balance will be returned to an account number you will provide, and shipping costs will be deducted from this money. This is because there is very little time left until the accommodation date. Therefore, the probability of being leased to another customer is very low.

If the cancellation of the reservation takes place 15 days or less before the check-in date of the villa/apartment/apartment, or if you do not enter the villa/apartment/apartment and you do not have any accommodation in the villa/apartment/apartment, the total travel fee you have paid will not be refunded to the customer. Material damage, commission fee to be incurred by the Republic of Turkey, the bank or banks to "Paradise Property Construction Tourism and Trade LTD. etc. Such loads are deducted from the money to be returned to the customer. If, for any reason, the reservation of a villa/apartment/flat is canceled by "Paradise Property İnşaat Turizm Ve Ticaret LTD.ŞTİ.", "ParadiseVilla", this situation will be notified to the customer as soon as possible. If there is an equivalent villa/apartment/apartment available on the same dates in our portfolio, it will be proposed to the customer. In cases where the customer does not approve and does not fall under the "force majeure" clause, the money received will be returned to the customer. In addition, some of our villas/apartments/apartments are private (indicated on the villa/apartment/apartment website detail page), the entire deposit paid and these villas/apartments/apartments are special (specified on the villa/apartment/apartment website detail page; 30 days before the reservation date) For villas/apartments/apartments for which the full price must be paid), the total rental price of the villa/apartment/flats is collected from the customer. Even if the reservation is canceled, no fee will be refunded.

If the customer does not make the remaining payment on time, ''Paradise Property İnşaat Turizm Ve Ticaret LTD. reserves the right to make reservations. Reservation cancellations can be made in writing (e.g. by e-mail or by registered letter with return receipt). Reservation cancellations made by talking over the phone are definitely not valid. Reservation cancellations are valid from the moment the letter is received by "Paradise Property İnşaat Turizm Ve Ticaret LTD.ŞTİ." "ParadiseVilla". "Paradise Property İnşaat Turizm" does not use the villa/apartment/apartment for a reason arising from the fault of the customer or the termination of the contract without duly written notification, provided that this contract is valid from the reservation confirmation with the explicit declaration of the parties. Ve Ticaret LTD.ŞTİ.'' ''ParadiseVilla'' cannot be held responsible. All of the price shown in the contract becomes due on the agreed delivery date of the villa/apartment/apartment, and all legal rights of "Paradise Property İnşaat Turizm Ve Ticaret LTD.ŞTİ." "ParadiseVilla" in this regard are reserved.
