Villa Bulut 1 is located in the Gökseki area of Kaş, 5 km from the town center. Every detail in our villa has been carefully considered; it is decorated in a comfortable, modern, and stylish way and is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. On the terrace, you can relax and unwind while enjoying the view. Villa Bulut 1 and Villa Bulut 2 are located side by side, and it is possible to rent both villas together.

Important Information: Electricity, water, and gas fees are included in the rental price. No additional charges are required for these utilities. However, extra cleaning, additional fresh bed linens and towels, car rental, guidance services, health services, and insurance are not included in the price. All our villas located in nature are regularly treated for pests. Despite this, there is still a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies, etc. For our sheltered villas, we do not guarantee 100% privacy; there is always a 5% margin of visibility.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 7,500 TL is required at check-in for any potential damage, loss, breakage, or similar issues. If no damage, loss, or issues occur, the deposit will be refunded within 3 days.
