Villa Evisi: A very special and luxurious villa located in the Ufak Dere region of Kaş. Our villa, which consists of 3 buildings in total, is built on a plot of 2400 m2 and has an area of 500 m2. Our villa has a living room, TV room, kitchen on the ground floor of the 1st main building, 2 suite bedrooms on the front on the upper floor, 2 suite bedrooms on the back and 2 suites on the bottom floor. There is a billiard room. In the second building, there is 1 suite bedroom and a kitchenette. Finally, in the 3rd building there is a sauna, mini gym and shower. Villa Evisi is located in the Ufak Dere area of Kaş and has a magnificent sea view, located on the south-west side. Our villa, suitable for families with children, has a large terrace and garden. A wonderful holiday will be waiting for you in company with the unique nature and scenery of Villa Evisi.

NB: Mobile phone network is not active in this region, but communication can be made via wifi.

Included in the price:
Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the rental price of the villa. There is no extra fee for these utility costs. Sheets and towels are changed once a week. For stays of more than 7 nights a mid-stay light cleaning service is included.
Services NOT included in the price include things like:
Extra cleaning, extra sheet and towel changes, rental car, guide services, health and travel insurance.
Most of our properties are located in natural settings where the local flora and fauna can attract butterflies, insects (including bees, flies and, occasionally mosquitos). Although all our properties are sprayed regularly with insect repellent we cannot guarantee the absence of such things during your stay.

Damage Deposit: In case there is any damage, breakages, rubbish left or similar acts of negligence a security damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required at check-in. The deposit is returned within 3 days if no damage or problem is incurred.
