Important Information: Electricity, water, and gas are included in the rental price, and no additional charges are required. Extra services such as additional cleaning, extra bed linens and towels, car rental, guided tours, and travel or health insurance are not included in the price. All our villas located in nature are regularly treated for pests; however, there is always a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, or flies in the surrounding area. For villas with secluded pools, we do not guarantee 100% privacy, and a small margin of visibility (approximately 5%) may exist.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required upon check-in to cover any potential damage, loss, or breakage. If no issues are detected, the deposit will be refunded within 3 days after check-out.
