Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa at no extra cost. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guide services, health insurance are not included in the prices. At all of our villas located in natural surroundings, spraying against pests is done regularly. However, in the surrounding areas many insects are likely to be found. We do not guarantee 100% privacy from external angles in our villas with secluded pools, there is always a 5% margin of error in these villas.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1.500 TL is required at the beginning of your stay against any possible damage, loss, or negligence. If there is no problem with breakages etc. the deposit is returned within 3 days.
